Penn State’s Global Engagement Network (GEN) recently agreed to build a strategic partnership with the University of Auckland, New Zealand. To make this collaboration successful, a community of Penn State faculty members interested in working with the University of Auckland is being sought.
The cross-university agreement is aimed to mutually advance teaching, research and service. Faculty collaborative interest statements will be used to form teams of faculty members from both universities with similar intentions.
A Collaboration Development Workshop will be held in Auckland on November 18-20, 2019 for those participating in the collaboration. A Seed Fund Request-for-Proposals (RFP) will be announced on November 20 after the workshop is complete, and participants will have the opportunity to attain funding.
Expressions of Interest are due July 12. Find the interest form and more information here.
