Homelessness, Permanent Supportive Housing, and Medicaid

Dr. Evan S. Cole is the Director of the Medicaid Research Center within the Health Policy Institute. Most of his career has focused on generating robust and objective evidence with and for policymakers to improve the access and quality of health care for low-income and disabled populations. He also study how other factors related to poverty affect the health of Medicaid enrollees, such as homelessness, housing, food insecurity, and other health related social needs.
