Description |
The Center for Human Evolution and Diversity (CHED) is hosting a panel discussion that will be an independent component of our Darwin Day 2025 events. Nina Jablonski, Eric Plutzer, and Nita Bharti will promote an open dialogue on the topic "How to engage with the public on controversial topics in science that affect people". The event will take place on Monday, February 17 from 2:30-4:00 p.m. in 117 Welch with coffee and cookies to follow. Our other major Darwin Day 2025 event is Nina's lecture on February 14, which is open to everyone. This panel is geared towards mostly graduate students. There is a limited number of spaces, so it is ideal for them to sign up quickly while there are still spots available. We have created a Microsoft Form to allow students to RSVP: https://forms.office.com/r/pNcksJrhBu. |
